Depending on contract condition, we can manage procurement for clients on an open book basis.
Procedures are set up with clients according to their requirements and regular feedback is given referencing budget.
The procurement team works to gather with the engineering store at site to avoid mismanagement.
Regular stock take is conducted to ensure material is available when needed. Where preferable, we work with JIT delivery.
